The English Club meets every Wednesday from noon to 1 p.m. in the IUS Library, room 302. Students do not have to be an English major to join the club.

Student zombies infected with dancing fever

Zombified prom kings and queens filled the Hoosier Room for the first ever Zombie Prom, hosted by the English Club on Nov. 2. Students engaged in an open-mic reading session to start the night, snacked on food and danced the night away, zombie style. The open mic reading session included poems and fiction pieces written by students. Karyl Anne Geary, English senior and president of the English Club, said they hosted the event to do something fun and try to attract some new members for the English Club.
