On October 30 in McCullough Plaza,  IU Southeast students were asked to take on a rigorous challenge of dunking a “dirt bag.” The cost was $5 for three shots at dunking a member of The Dirt Bags, a student organization centered around art awareness.

“The money earned from dunking a dirt bag is being used to fund IU Southeast fine arts student’s trips to fine art printmaking conferences,” David Spencer-Pierce, printmaking junior,  said.

Spencer-Pierce, Donna Stallard, faculty advisor, Oliva Brown, drawing junior and Taylor Hamlett, drawing junior, participated in the dunking event.
